主要职责:设备停机时间分析和改进。2.日常故障排除和改进，以最大限度地延长设备正常运行时间。3.在规定的指导方针内执行每周和每季度的预防性维修制度，并保存适当的记录。4.开发和维护设备停机时间和部件更换记录。5.计划并执行每周和每季度的PM。 6. Schedule and execute the opportunity and PM routine work order. 7. Procures and expedites parts and materials for maintenance department by coordinating with purchasing, suppliers, and requesters. 8. Perform spare parts management and in-coming quality control work 9. Implement of TPM Planned maintenance. 10. Conduct the technician cross training and the new come-in technician training. 11. Conduct the PM training and certification for operators. 12. Develops, initiates and monitors departmental budget, forecasts, SOP’S, ISO and TPM-5S system for department. Qualifications： 1. BS above (include) degree and major in engineering (prefer Chemical or Material engineering) 2. 2 years above in relative job experience 3. On current position for 2year or above 4. Project Skills DMAIC with process data collection and controls. 5. Familiar with Process design, selection, purchase, start-up, and debug. 6. Good communication, coordination, and follow-up ability. 7. Good English proficiency in writing, listening and speaking and TOEIC 550 is a plus
