机械工程师Scope of Position (i.e. projects involved with and role within group): · Equipment engineer for Inspection equipment across CDT sites · Support CDT manufacturing sites in China, Japan, Korea, the USA, and Taiwan · Define improvement plans and projects for Inspection equipment · Install/retrofit Inspection equipment in expansion or rebuild projects · Define Inspection equipment specifications · Utilize contract and MTE resources as needed to manage project workloads · Identify and work to resolve gaps in equipment performance · Support the transfer of technology for new systems to global sites · Manage suppliers to deliver capability and systems on time. Travel Requirements (please note if international): · Ability to travel internationally – up to 50% travel possible Required Education (minimum required for consideration): · BS Engineering degree or equivalent experience Required Years and Area of Experience: (minimum required for consideration): · Better to have working experience in equipment design or equipment installation Required Skills (These are skills that candidates MUST possess): 1. Hands on experience with equipment installation 2. Written and verbal communication skills in English 3. Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) 4. Familiar with mechanical design tools, including AutoCAD and Solidwork. Desired Skills (These are skills that would be nice for candidates to possess): 1. Ability to communicate in Japanese or Korean is a plus 2. Project management experience is a plus Soft Skills (Communication/Team/Leadership): 1. Ability to work among a diverse group Hours of work/work schedule: Full time (40 hours per week) but great flexibility required given the globally disperse
