对电站内DTAP相关的主电源、应急电源、闪电系统和应急水/空气系统有清楚的了解。具备所有基地业务地点与DTAP相关的电源、闪电和应急备份系统的工作知识。支持DTAP的标准化和严格的变更控制目标。支持并为部门设备管理提供标准设备清单。支持基于管理规范、设计标准和部门程序的全面设计文档的开发和维护。在新技术和设计的安装和检验期间，协助现场支持团队的领导。确保在重建和新的施工拨款申请中纳入新的设计。适当使用和管理必要的承包商控制资源，以支持DTAP控制目标。确保所有DTAP系统P&ID图纸在部门设施组织内正确存档。在制定应急演习期间提供建设性支持。 To assist in the development of DTAP Training materials and provide ILT. Ensure archiving standards and change control processes are followed locally. Ensure that updated P&ID documentation exists for all related DTAP system equipment within the Plant. Ensure Plant Facility systems are compliant with DTAP objectives to PM and PdM and test in timely manner. Join and participate final as-build full power off test with Division DTAP group and make sure test result comply with DTAP acceptable level. Develop and document workable Preventive Maintenance procedures for DTAP systems. Participate required cross plant DTAP audit
