Purpose of the Position

  • This role is part of Finance Business Analysis team to provide insightful analysis and support business programs throughout Display divisions -

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Lead/participate in division-wide operation programs as a finance expert, provide insights, recommendation and analysis timely
  • Maintain by-gen-size manufacturing cost database and provide analysis to related parties  Partner with Project Management Office, Strategy Team, Supply Chain, Engineering as well as Expansion team to support decision making and financial planning
  • Co-work with finance function including division finance and location/plant controllers on budgeting and 5-yr planning process to ensure alignment with division strategy
  • Collaborate with plant/division finance and related functions to establish improved ROIC processes - Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance/Accounting, master’s degree preferred  8+ years working experience, manufacturing costing or audit firm experiences preferred - Required Skills
  • High efficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to conduct analysis and logical thinking skill
  • Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Team player, willing to share knowledge and expertise
  • Ability to work under pressure and work independently  Proactive, open-minded, and passion for initiation
  • Ability to get insights from business and functional leaders
