Corning’s Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (“LCDs”) that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Lead Inspection Judgment criteria standardization across plants in CDT and with CPM, including specification value, measurement way, and manual classification rule
• Secure the transparency between Division guidelines and plants’ execution through managing SOP and monitor plants’ real practice
• Run Committee of Inspection Judgment criteria MOC with PEM, QA, Prod., AE, PE, IMT, and PLM, to monitor the status of change, to review assessment results, and to align the decision
• Act as the representative of QA and the first contact point for Inspection to outside of QA
• Define the inspection capability and judgment criteria comparing to customerrequirements and identify the gaps between required and existing capability.
• Lead the project related to inspection judgment criteria and systems including H/W and S/W.

Education & Experience：

• 学士学位以上。
• Major in optical/electrical engineering, IE, statistics, or related field.
• Experience > 3yrs.
