Purpose of the Position: In this role, you will expertly and effectively provide pricing support in Asia region for Corning Life Science’s pricing function as it relates to contract operations, especially focusing on emerging market. We look for you to build up pricing strategy with getting alignment with PLM and sales, as well as to operate pricing approvals and contract pricing management in Salesforce and People Soft system. This position interacts internally with pricing colleagues, Sales, Biz Ops, Customer Service, Channel, Product Line Management and distributor/customer partners. This position also requires deep involvement of digitalization project of pricing system.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

•Support pricing strategy setup and deployment to be aligned with product line strategy

•Perform pricing research and analysis

•Process and administer adjusted cost agreements and direct quotes

•Support annual pricing, special pricing and regional pricing analysis.

•Monitor pricing and carry out pricing rules, and adjust pricing strategy accordingly

•Act as the key team member in global pricing digitalization projects representing Asia and be responsible for the input and output

Education & Experience Required

•Bachelor’s degree on either of the subjects: Marketing, Business, Science

•3-5 years working experience, at least 2 years of either pricing management, project management, sales, marketing Desired

•Working experience on project management of pricing digitalization projects

•MBA as a plus Desired Skills

•Very fluent English speaking and listening (BEC highly preferred)

• Basic skill of analyze business case

•Overall proficiency with MS Office 2010 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

•SAP skill proficiency a plus

•Salesforce skill proficiency as a plus

•Power BI skill proficiency as a plus

•Project management skill proficiency as a plus (PMP certificate preferred) Soft Skills

•Ability to multi-task, and respond quickly to various information requests

•Ability and willingness to drive and adapter changes
