Day to Day Responsibilities:

- Developing and maintaining relationships with external partners Corning operations and projects are in Shanghai and the neighboring areas.

- GA Projects execution support and managing the execution & collection of incentives for Corning operations in respective locations.

- Representing Corning China to interface with local government agencies when business opportunities or issues occur.

- Monitoring regulation & policy changes where Corning business is, to generate reports and recommendation to business and operations.

Education & Experience:

- Working experiences in GA functions preferred;

- Good Chinese and English writing skills and interpretation skills preferred;

- Good analytical skills;

- Well organized and good communication and coordination skills;

- Bachelor degree required;

Required Skills:

- Strong interpersonal skills, result oriented

- Good communicating skill in both English and Chinese

- Have a good understanding of government structure and policy;
