Scope of Position:
Intern will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze current system situation, work with technical SMEs to determine solutions and implement part or whole solution

Responsibilities:

• 驱动Salesforce.com (SFDC)增强s by partnering with IT developers and business partners
• Create multi-org SFDC dashboard for key customer(s)
• Document differences between SFDC orgs, identify opportunities to standardize, deploy additional capabilities and features
• Work on integration initiatives between SFDC and other peripheral systems

Education and Experience:

• Rising Junior/Senior B.S. coursework, majoring in Computer Science, Information Services, Information Technology, Industrial/Systems Engineer or related field
• GPA 3.0 or higher

Required Skills:

• Great communications skills
• Motivated to learn new technology
• Self-driven

Nice to have:

• Technical skills in SFDC or similar platform, technical experience in reviewing systems and documenting

Basic work hours: 8-5

Remote work possible: Yes, preferred onsite in Corning
