职位目的:确保精加工的日常操作在质量保证体系下进行。没有产品泄漏给客户的问题。日常职责:领导内部质量改进计划，协调生产和工程团队。支持客户投诉。确保改进行动的有效性。处理质量异常，防止产品泄漏给客户。管理客户质量问题并跟进内部纠正措施。审核客户问题的纠正措施和调查报告。确保质量体系在工厂内运行良好。协调所有iso9000相关活动。 Promote quality awareness and PCPD within plant. • Support the Quality interface network with sister plants. • Coordinate product specification requirements. • Develop and manage the Quality Assurance program. • Lead or assist as required plant progress as measured against specific Quality systems.  Train and certify shop floor people and ensure all people follow SOP.  Coordinate QA gauge maintenance and calibration Project involved with  Lead aDMAIC projects.  Support Div. Program to achieve Division strategy goal.  Handle Product Qualification process, data collection and analysis. Review with WWPE/DQA. Reporting Structure: Regional QA supervisor and CN RQA manager Direct reports: CN RQA supervisor Education & Experience  B.S or above degree in Engineering relative major.  At least 3 years work experience in QA function or Process engineering.  Experience in Optoelectronics industry would be a plus. Required Skills  Good knowledge in Statistic Tools, SPC, QC Story and Quality relative tools.  Management Skill and Leadership  Good knowledge in QS, ISO 9000 and Static Tools, SPC and Quality relative tools  Good English comprehension in spoken, writing and reading  Good communication and coordination skill for cross department cooperation  Can work independently by self and also work well within team  Good Excel, Word, PPT skills.
