Scope of Position:直接领导和监督日常活动of the warehouse staff to include the inventory, shipping/receiving, and incoming quality control. Directs all aspects of inbound inspection of PFG and raw materials including testing, review and release, and creation and maintenance of all necessary documents. Oversees inventory accuracy processes including material transfers, adjustments and scrap transactions, offsite inventory, and discard material. Responsible for evaluating warehouse inventory needs and implementing strategies to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains accurate inventory controls through adherence to company and facility guidelines and policies
  • Monitors completeness, accuracy, and compliance during inventory transactions
  • Assures that all raw materials have the proper status indicators and are stored under the proper conditions
  • Communicates and reports performance metrics
  • Ensures that incoming quality control material release targets are met in support of the production scheduling
  • Performs performance reviews and develops and reinforces career and talent development plans for direct reports

  • Provides oversight for the Cycle Count process including Financial approval and systems adjustment and reconciliation when appropriate
  • Timely disposition of raw materials including on-time closure of investigations relating to raw material testing or receipt activities
  • Authors/revises and reviews SOPs
  • Makes recommendations to Management regarding standardizing procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy of the department
  • Supports or leads continuous improvement initiatives for incoming quality control or inventory related processes
  • May also support continuous improvement initiatives in other areas
  • Responsible to ensure all existing and new hire Warehouse personnel are trained and knowledgeable of People Soft policies, processes and transactions for their job
  • Conduct / lead root cause analysis for Warehouse/Inventory issues/problems/errors
  • Identify continuous process improvements in inventory management/warehouse/shipping and receiving processes

Required Experience/Education:

  • Minimum of a 4-year degree or extensive experience with inventory or supply management
  • Supervisor and cycle count previous experience > 2 years
  • Solid computer knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Able to work well both independently and in a group setting
  • Track record of delivering results

Desired:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of cGMP’s
  • Worked with ERP systems such as People Soft and/or SAP
  • Understanding of Manufacturing processes
  • Prior experience in managing inventory across multiple sites
  • Previous supervisory experience

The range for this position is $74,996.00 - $103,120.00. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
