Business understanding & training highly recommended.  Variety of research, development, engineering, operational, and / or plant experiences.  Project Team focused on single or multiple technical discipline of increased complexity.  External recognition such as Green / Yellow / Black Belt, Lean, PMI, Professional Engineering or Committee member of a Technical society.
