Position Description (Role purpose and day-to-day responsibilities) Reporting to the ROC Operations Manager, this role will manage End-to-End Supply Chain Operations and support our Global Trading Operations such as procurement, planning and customer service activities for the Regional Operations Centers (ROCs EMEA, APAC, NA). Position Scope (Breadth of work required by the job) The EMEA ROC is the center of all EMEA lead executional tasks in the region. Low Cost Scalable Supply Chain is the service which provides scalable supply chain solutions for any internal customer via the SAP4 Hana platform. This position will fulfill all planning needs for the ROC to support SCS and Trading COE. The will also serve as a SME in S4Hana and an operational “right hand person” for the EMEA ROC Operations Manager. To lead EMEA reporting activities with data collection, root cause analysis, presentation in front of executive leadership. Required Skills (These are skills that candidates MUST possess) • 2-3 years experience in End-to-End Supply Chain Management (Logistics, Supplier Management and Customer Service) • Advanced knowledge and other Business Intelligence tools • Excellent team player with proven ability to work collaboratively across functions to achieve goals • Have a “can do” attitude with a Customer-focused mentality • Ability to prioritize workload especially around customer service • Strong analytical, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Operations or end to end Supply chain experience in SAP or a similar ERP • Attention to detail Desired Skills (These are skills that would be nice for candidates to possess) • Global experience (e.g. working under cross culture, business practices, etc.) • Potential to develop into future tools SME • OTC and/or RTP process experience Education & Experience required BsC or Msc in economics/ Supply Chain 2-3 year experience in Supply Chain field possibly with Planning, customer service scope Travel Requirements (domestic and/or international) Less than 10% internationally
