Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Lead the cross department work to lunch the new products design into complete the plant level activities in phase 3 to 5 of APQP procedure and trial run

• Lead APQP document preparation for P-FMEA/Process Flow Chart/ Control Plan/ process feasibility studies/, etc.

• Lead new product order preparation, Including the spec/drawing review, capability evaluation, process flow design, traveler prepare, material check…etc

• Tracking the new product performance, root case analysis and CAPA address according to fundamental understanding

• Response for new products’ Quality, Cost, Delivery

• As the linkage of plant and commercial team, fully communication to ensure the project running smooth to achieve customer satisfaction

• Work together with division ENG team for new technology implementation in plant

• Continue improvement/ innovation on process, equipment, operation method, metrology and other technology

Education & Experience

• Bachelor Degree and above in area of engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related

• ~7 + years (for Bachelor) or 5+ years (for master) APQP project experience in automotive component, automotive glass is a plus Required Skills

• Experience of ISO/TS16949, internal auditor is a plus

• Experience of product development, product engineering in automotive component manufacturing is a plus

• Computer skill: good knowledge of MS-Office; MS Project; Auto CAD/CAM, Solidworks

• Good knowledge of electronic glass or automotive glass is preferred

• Good communication skill and project management skill

• Can work independently and play positive role in team, show promising characters of creativeness, persuading ability

• Fluent English in listening, speaking and writing

• Familiar with problem solving and statistic data analysis methodology.

• Use rigorous processes and data to solve problems.

•使用a systematic approach to drive to root cause understanding of problems to assure validity of corrective action

• Skill in software of Auto CAD, Windows Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

• Capability to assess and prioritize workload
