职位目的:就职于位于亚洲的制造、技术和工程(MT&E)公司工程理事会，支持康宁公司在亚太地区的所有制造工厂。项目任务可能涉及到台湾、中国、韩国和美国多达75%的旅行。与美国MTE核心技术团队/部门建立紧密的技术联系，拜访负责为康宁公司建造制造工艺设备/系统的供应商。能够运用工程分析能力，为夹具设计、工艺设备开发提供可靠的、经济有效的解决方案为康宁的生产设施提供新的操作和工艺改进项目-定义并记录机器设计规范。在样机和生产设备的建造过程中指导并与供应商沟通。积极参与设备设计审核、检查、安装、调试、投产。-准备或指导施工图纸、安装图纸的生成确保最终的图纸包能反映完工条件，并满足康宁的图纸标准-通过平面、书面媒体和口头报告，清晰而专业地沟通方案和项目状态-在预先确定的基础上报告项目活动-项目重点将是在康宁的制造工厂实施稳健的、具有成本效益的自动化和过程设备系统，并需要与制造、控制系统、过程工程和其他相关部门合作。 -Scott Mu, Technical Leader, Equipment Design, MET, MTE-Asia Education and Experience: -BS or above degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field -3+ years of working experience with mechanical design and equipment construction is a must, experience of customized equipment design experience is plus -Project experience on process equipment development or manufacturing is a plus Required Skills: -Proficient in AutoCAD or SolidWorks software -Strong comprehension on building blueprint layout -Detail oriented and able to perform with limited supervision -Effective, high quality oral and written communication skills -Proactive, independent, flexible, quick learner -Excellent computer skills (working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office) -Customer oriented; meets customer needs with quality results -Ability to build effective working relationships with others -Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully Job Selling Points / Career Development Opportunities: -An excellent opportunity for to work across all Corning businesses and develop reputation as a technical expert.
