Corning’s Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (“LCDs”) that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors.

Major Responsibilities主要职责:

• Execute operating plan to achieve team objectives.

• Conduct day to day patrol and SOS/Base case compliance with procedures.

• Build effective relations with plant support groups.

• Implements and documents material, process and/or equipment changes(Follow PCPD).

实施和记录材料、工艺和/或设备的变更(遵循PCPD)。

• Executes documented operating procedures and follows establisheddocument control protocols.

执行文件化的操作程序并遵循已建立的文件控制协议。

• Executes the protection of Corning’s Intellectual Asset Property (IAP).

保护康宁的知识产权(IAP)。

• Implement training and certification plans.

实施培训和认证计划。

• Implement PM/PDM activities to achieve Facility maintenance performance.

• Initiate improvement case by plant side activity

Knowledge/Skills/Ability

知识/技能/能力

• 了解电力传输、配电系统、变电站等方面知识
• 需要具备电力系统、电力设备和电路的基础知识
• 熟悉国家或地区电力行业标准和规范
• 具备良好的电路分析与故障排查能力
• 熟悉各种电力仪表和测量设备的使用
• 具备电气图纸绘制设计能力，熟悉相关软件工具如CDA
• 了解电力操作相关安全规定和操作程序
• SCADA system operating SCADA系统操作
• Knowledge of all facility normal operation system (SOP, SOS etc.)

熟悉所有设施的正常操作系统(SOP, SOS等)

• Understand first level maintenance work, such as lubrication.

• Knowledge of emergency and abnormal conductions

• Knowledge and understanding of the plant power system functions.

Education教育

Required要求:

• College (Engineering or Technical)大专(工程或技术)

要求电气工程，电力系统工程，自动化专业等专业

Desired期望:

• Bachelor of Science (Engineering or Technical)

Experience经验

Required要求:

• 1-3 years of operation experience in the facility Powersystems
• 高压电工作业,低压电工作业,高压入网证
• Computer skills (Excel – Basic formulas, and Word)

Desired期望:.

• 1-3 years previous supervisory experience. 1-3年管理经验
• Basic problem-solving skills基本的解决问题能力
