Equipment Engineer,AGS,Hefei

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Responsible for vacuum equipment scheme design.

• Independently completed vacuum equipment structure design, drawing, standard parts selection, etc.

• Contact with suppliers and follow up the processing and manufacturing of equipment;

• Cooperate with other professional engineers to complete equipment development;

• organize design data and writing technical documents. Maintain & improvement.

• Troubleshoot and quickly resolve issues in production equipment.

• Design and run experiments to understand and improve system understanding.

• Provide immediate analytical and problem-solving support to manufacturing team.

• Report out the issues with data analysis and clear logical process.

• Establish and update system SOS/PM/SOP as needed and ensure all procedures are properly written and followed.

• Equipment downtime analysis and improvement to maximize equipment efficiency.

• Develop training materials and provide training to this person’s team.

• Supervise regular coater maintenance procedures, ensuring process cleanliness and rapid startup can occur.

Education & Experience

• Master degree or above, major in mechanical design, mechanical manufacturing, mechatronic integration, experience and ability in vacuum equipment design;

• 2+ years hands on equipment engineering in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience with PVD coatings and/or glass manufacturing a plus.

Required Skills

•机械专业知识nd vacuum, able to independently complete the design and selection of vacuum equipment;

• Proficient in using Solidworks, auto-CAD and other drawing software;

• Experience in flow field analysis and thermal analysis using ANSYS (or ABAQUS) is preferred;

• Proficient in MS Office and other Office software;

• Fluent English communication skill Desired Skills

• Knowledge of PVD coating technology, including the physics, equipment and processes.

• Experience in implementing DMAIC methodology and leading 6-sigma project.

• Knowledge of AB PLC, PC controls is plus.

• Skill in Excel, including programming Soft Skills
