日常职责:在线维护和故障排除以达到生产性能目标。具备基础知识，并能提供正常生产操作中的设备控制逻辑和流程。带领团队实现性能改善目标，如设备可靠性和能力改善，如工艺良率，周期时间，正常运行时间和最低成本运营。参与工艺设备和自动化项目，包括新技术迁移。工作涉及硬件和软件的规格，设计，制造，安装和测试。先进的PLC, HMI，集成和自动化，每个项目需要。准备投标工作范围/规格，管理承包商。安装、调试和启动过程中的进度、预算、质量和监督。与设备供应商和工厂接收方合作完成项目交付。具有良好的沟通、协调和跟踪能力。  Manage design changes, and prepare procedure document as for SOP/SOS, technical reports, etc. Establish control system improvement and develop the most efficient production technology.  Weekend and shift coverage is requirement as needed Education & Experience  Bachelor’s degree above, major in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Physical Engineering or other engineering related  2 years’ work experience at least Required Skills  Familiar with Mitsubishi PLC, HMI application.  Familiar with equipment control system design.  Familiar with electrical control component application, such like Inverter, Servo Motor, Sensor, signal translator, etc.  Experience in Robot Application (Fanuc or Yaskawa robot)  Problem solving skill on troubleshooting of EQ failure  Skill in software of Windows Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point, etc. Desired Skills  Skill in Auto CAD  Skill in Excel VBA, VB, C++  Project management skill  Process concept understanding.  Basic understanding of ISO9000/TQM.  English proficiency: TOEIC 550 is a plus.  Safety Awareness
