Warehouse Supervisor

Purpose of the Position: 

Manage on-site 3PL and outside warehouse overall performance (safety, quality, delivery and cost), and take lead Cassettes Logistics System management. Support logistic department on other missions.

Day to Day Responsibilities: 

--Supervise and instruct on-site 3PL management and performance include Phase I&II warehouse and storeroom. 

--Drive on-site 3PL management to achieve KPI target. (On-time delivery/inventory accuracy/safety/quality/PCPD…) 

--In charge of the plant’s Cassettes Logistics System management to fulfill customer daily Demand Request and material supply to production. 

--To supervise and perform the plant’s shipping system (CCMS) as normal working. 

--Clean room environment management to meet FG storage requirement. 

--Outside warehouse cost and performance management to meet plant business requirement and target. 

——与相关合作cross functionalities like 3PL/Maintenance/Pro./Technology/QA/Planning/Procurement to solve daily issue. 

--Lead the 3PL team to achieve plant logistics cost target.

Education & Experience Bachelor or college degree, major in Business Administration, Logistics Management or other Supply Chain related. 5 years and above supervisor/manager experiences in past career path. (W/H and 3PL management or production management experience is better and plus.) Mange or supervise 100+ employees experience is preferred. 3 years in AS/RS (automated storage and retrieval system) practice experience.

Required Skills  Knowledge of ISO9001/OSHA14000 management system  Habit of PCPD, 5S, Management of Change  Familiar with Microsoft Office and PC skill  Knowledge of LEAN/ TPM Skill  CET4 and above (Proficient written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese)
