Experience: • Experience in manufacturing environment • Experience in supporting training deployment • Successful multi-cultural and multi-functional team work experience • Experience in leading training coordination and deployment is plus • Experience in creating e-course and classroom training material is plus 2 year working experience in manufacturing working environment is preferred.
