•协调位置和设备的物流,培训材料,部门和工厂制造和工程中小企业的参与,•与运营和工程领域的主管和学员建立强有力的联系和定期互动,以确保培训计划符合组织需求。•处理与学员的沟通和培训,以确保他们准备训练•处理登记,协助学员和教练在使用资源有效性••协助审计培训准备培训记录和评估结果的报告,协助跟踪指标•协助确保IP程序communicated and followed • Coordinate all SME and Trainee related support while traveling for training purposes, including; Lodging, transportation while at training site, Visa processing, and interfacing with specific Corning systems as needed. • Assist in deployment of Training curriculum, creation of training session materials; presentations, tests. • Assist in Trainee Certification (operator certification on-line assessments) • Support KD lab testing and system migration • Coordinate and deploy China regional fundamental and advanced training " - Project involved with - Reporting Structure - Direct reports - Regular shift - Education and Experience "Education: • Bachelor Degree, major in Business Administration, Visual Communication Design, Education related. Experience: • Experience in manufacturing environment • Experience in supporting training deployment • Successful multi-cultural and multi-functional team work experience • Experience in leading training coordination and deployment is plus • Experience in creating e-course and classroom training material is plus 2 year working experience in manufacturing working environment is preferred.
