Process Engineer

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for engineering activities, mainly focus on new product introduction, capability enhancement, process improvement, and cost reduction etc.
• Monitor process yield, reliability, capacity, efficiency, flexibility etc
• Work on problem solving, provide resolution for short-term process issues and long-term evolvement
• Identify low-cost manufacturing opportunities and lead cost reduction projects
• Supervise CM engineering resource, and coordinate with internal cross-functional team to drive improvement.
• Interact with Program team, Division Engineering and CM team to address the issues when running projects

Education Experience:

• BS degree or above in Science & Engineering - Chemical, Material science, Mechanical engineering etc.
• 5年以上电子xperience in processengineering, particular in glass processing
• Prefer to experience in glass finishing (lapping/polishing, cleaning, coating) or semiconductor industry (CMP)
• Prefer to have experience in leading a team (team leader etc), or experience in leading/interacting with contract manufacturers.
