职位范围：执行硕士生产计划（季度，每月，每周），加速和运营链之间的故障排除。所有CPT Durham的主数据的所有者制造和购买产品，适用于成品和原料。Maanges网站库存。执行或确保在整个价值流中移动，发出，废除，创建或以其他方式管理库存所需的任何所需交易的准确性能，从货物收据通过发货。日常责任：•每日协调产品团队，以设定生产优先级。•根据需要，促进每日和每周生产会议。•利用计划系统创建每月/每周制造要求并制定运营计划。•管理计划订单的维护和日期排序。•促进维护ERP系统的规划/购买主数据，包括但不限于BOM，路由，工作中心和采购信息记录。•通过质量释放监控生产计划活动。 • Develop recovery plan for low inventory products and monitor execution to plans. • Partner with division and plant supply chain (including division planners, plant buyer and plant supply manager, division contract manufacturing, logistics and warehousing) to ensure adequate direct and indirect material inventories are available to support the production plan. • Conducts analyses of material flow and Inventory to identify improvement opportunities (i.e. open work orders, incoming inspection, cost, cash) and ensures processes are in place for physical movement of materials through the plant, and for the ERP system transactions required to accurately reflect those movements. • Define and manage metrics / KPIs (key performance indicators). • Leverage corporate functions and centers of excellence. • Actively participate as core team member and SME on all new material, material change and validation project teams and maintain current engineering specification change revisions. • Actively participate in process and tool improvement projects as they arise • Trains and develops associates from the Manufacturing functions to ensure that the appropriate capabilities exist within functional groups to perform necessary ERP / MES transactions and troubleshooting. • Serves as the primary functional expert for troubleshooting of inventory discrepancies. Helps determines the root cause of and works cross-functionally to implement corrective actions and eliminate reoccurring issues. • Leads and executes the cycle count process as required in all areas of the facility, warehouse through post-sterile shipping. Involves other production and warehouse personnel as required. Maintains appropriate documentation to support future ISO and FDA audits as needed. • Executes various administrative functions such as managing ERP metrics reports, reviews daily transactions, monthly cycle counting, and addresses IDOC and COGI errors. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: • Negligible HOURS OF WORK/WORK SCHEDULE/FLEX-TIME: • Non-exempt position working approximately 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to support project assignments and off shifts. REQUIRED EDUCATION/YEARS AND AREA OF EXPERIENCE: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in supply chain related discipline preferred • 6+ years of experience in plant manufacturing, production coordination, or end to end supply chain with REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: • Understanding of production line and equipment capacities • Understanding of finished goods inventory performance • Detail oriented with strong problem resolution skills and ability to coordinate multi-discipline activities • Familiarity with Microsoft office tools and PeopleSoft required (8.9 desired, SAP desired) with thorough understanding and experience in manufacturing systems (MES), production order processes, and inventory transactions. • Experience working on shop floor environments and in a matrix environment or on a cross functional team. • Works independently on assignments that are semi-routine in nature to achieve key business objectives and drive operational improvement for the departments.
