Role Purpose:

• Promote division supply chain group through data management and reporting

• Perform administrative management of division supply planning processes and relative data, focusing on data entry and process management

• Promote planning assignments for specific areas as needed to adjust to changing planning needs

Key Tasks:

• Routine review, updating, and maintenance of data across systems such as SAP IBP, PMD, PeopleSoft, and ETQ systems to boost division supply chain

• SAP IBP SME

• Manage inventory target-setting and forecasting processes

• Boost troubleshooting across systems to resolve planning issues

• Review and reconcile system data exceptions and rejections

• Work cross-functionally with customer service, plant supply chain, etc. to speak about and resolve issues/disruptions

• Prepare materials, direct, and record meeting notes for partnership and provide sponsorship for other meetings

Required Skills/Experience:

• Associate's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field

• Organized, diligent, precise, thorough, and systematic

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to work globally and cross-functionally

• Capable of working with planning systems such as SAP IBP

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems

• Experience with and/or a comprehension of BOM’s and routings

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• CET experience

• Experience with Power BI, IBP, and/or Llamasoft

• Experience with SAP S4 HANA

• Advanced Excel ability
