Scope of Position:

The Manager-Global Cash Flow manages consolidated balance sheet and cash flow forecasts as required to support the ongoing forecasting requirements of the corporation. Manages the balance sheet and cash flow planning model – facilitate communication of forecast requirements and coordinate business inputs; analyze balance sheet relationships to develop accurate forecasting methods for receivables, payables, etc. Manage ROIC reporting and analysis for Corporate and Segment reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating and strengthening processes/partnerships with Analytical Services corporate business partners like Tax, Treasury, ACR and Shared Services.
• Assist Corporate Controller, and Director – Corporate FP&A in analyses and reporting to senior management, Board of Directors and executive committees.
• Flex resource for preparation and required analysis in completion of Sr Management Reporting as well as Forecasting and Budgeting presentation requirements.
• Supports projects and ad-hoc analysis requests related to balance sheet and cash flow
• Capital SME and business partner for all Capricorn engagements
• Implement continuous improvement programs to reduce workload and increase quality with focus on balance sheet and cash flow. Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Provide analyses, evaluation, and recommendations to support all corporate financial measures.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Develop and manage small team and interface with shared services and other corporate finance functions.
• Participate on Corning teams, and analytical projects as assigned.
• Individual must present strong leadership skills and be customer focused, results oriented, rigorous, process driven, and a team player.
• Project involved with PEx projects to improve the efficiencies of key Analytical Services processes, including ad hoc requests from businesses for support.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent technical degree.
• CPA or proven knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience leading a department in meeting continuous improvement goals.
• Experience in collaboration across functional areas.
• Desired: CPA, MBA, Plant Controller experience (within or outside of Corning).
