职位目的:支持TOD工程负责人实施过程控制策略，管理过程控制项目组合，拥有TOD核心过程控制能力和技术，以改进或优化过程控制设计和配置。·支持TOD控制系统的开发、设计和执行，以达到可靠性和稳定性的要求。·能够与测控技术团队合作，定义适当的控制系统架构和控制回路设计。·在过程控制工程方面支持资本扩张和维修项目。·为熔炼炉的安装、维修和设备升级提供工艺控制设计支持。·从中央工程集团领导技术/知识转移到主要在中国和少数在中国以外的工厂。·彻底记录所有设计/开发，以确保快速有效的技术转移到显示技术公司的设施。·领导三级制造支持活动，为生产提供即时解决方案，并为改进和工艺优化提供永久解决方案。·电气、控制或计算机专业本科或硕士学位。·有控制工程师的工作经验，使用过程控制自动化和控制操作变量，如流量，温度，例如石化或玻璃行业。 Required Skills · Willing to understand Corning hot-end process and then apply the engineering solution for process improvement and optimization as a process controls expert. · Expertise in Modern Control System Design (architecture and detailed level design) including Field device, PLC, SCADA, HMI and PI system, system communication protocol design including DeviceNet and Ethernet. · Able to create functional spec and perform software development. · Project Leadership experience (specification, scope, budget and schedule) · Strong understanding of process controls system including conventional PID control, advanced MPC and MIMO controls. · Strong understanding on the configuration of Final-Control-Element such as SCR and VFD to optimize loop control capability. · Control cabinet layout and design per NEC, IEC or China standard. · Project Leadership Experience (defining scopes, budget, timelines, etc.) · CAD capability for electrical drawing modification or revision. Desired Skills · Experience in facility equipment and construction site management. · Experience in root cause failure analysis of electrical system equipment. · Matlab and Simulink for process controls simulation and performance analysis. Soft Skills · Ability to work independently and directly with project customers to define project scope, identify project requirements and deliverables and satisfy objectives/timelines with a minimal amount of supervision. · Cross-cultural Sensitivity, Ability to work in a diversity team-based environment and participate on a matrix project team, Team player, perform well as an individual subject matter expert contributor. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, planning and organizing, building cross functional relationship
