负责CQ熔炼生产工艺/设备和班组性能，同时保持安全性能，建立积极的工作环境，保护康宁知识资产。日常职责:负责开发和实施生产区域的活动，以满足生产目标，安全，质量和成本目标安排资源和优先活动，以确保高效的生产进度，包括产品更换，升级，实验，新产品运行，培训和维护活动。为生产班组员工、组长和技术人员提供既定程序和政策的指导。与生产团队和其他职能领导沟通并报告生产和工艺性能指标。确保/完成每天和每周的生产目标和交货要求。为工薪制/间接用工和小时工/直接用工进行绩效评估，制定并加强职业和人才发展计划。确保生产过程是开放的，符合既定的过程控制设置点和操作程序。加强过程纪律和严格的变更控制。确保康宁知识资产(IA)得到保护。实施和监督培训，资格，认证和发展计划的新，经验丰富的操作员，团队领导。 Project involved with: Reporting Structure: Immediate Supervisor: Melting Production Sec. Manager, CQ plant Education & Experience  Bachelor Degree, major in engineering or management related.  3 years above production or engineering related working experience, minimum 2 years supervision experience. Required Skills  Familiar with production process/equipment management.  Strong leadership and organize skill.  Strong sense and capability to coordinate the plant goal through the function in plant wide.  Willingness and capability to take challenging, deadline driven assignment when it occurs.  Knowledge of ISO management system  Habit of PCPD, 5S, Safety, Change management  Familiar with Microsoft Office and PC skill  Knowledge of Process trouble shooting & prevention & data-drive, and root cause finding Desired Skills  Good project management skills.(DMAIC)  Have a basic understand of financial knowledge.  Fluent and professional English language skills.  VBA Soft Skills  Good communication and interpersonal skills
