Corning’s Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (“LCDs”) that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and organize DMAICand D^tactivity
• Facilitate and championKaizenand shop floor activities
• Coordinatecostleadership program in plant
• Deploy and align with division Performance Excellent related programs
• Provide training or coordinate resource for plant Performance Excellent related training

• Deploy/promote lean/TPM related manufacturing programs in plant

Education & Experience

• B.S or above degree in manufacturing / IE / other relative major.
• D^t projects (Power BI, Python related) experience is preferred.
• DMAIC experience is preferred.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge in DMIAC ,Statistic,D^tTools, SPC, QC Story and relative tools

• l Logical thinking and data oriented.

• l Problem solving and decision skill.

• Good English comprehension in listening, speaking, writing and reading.

• l Good data analysis and reporting skill.

Desired Skills

• DMAIC GB/BB is a plus
• Familiar with Power BI and Python
