Quality Engineer

Position Description Purpose of the Position

 Set-up and implement quality control plan to meet new business needs and ensure only qualified finished products can ship to customer.

 Responsible for new production line quality and coordinate with all related functions to ensure Velocity output, quality, cost, and safety can meet plant target.

Day to Day Responsibilities

 Monitor and audit process inspection batch records and approve or authorize releasement of daily qualified products after FQC done.

 Coordinate with engineering, production, and other support function for all kinds of issues and make sure QCDMS+I can meet company targets.

 Responsible for handling customer complaints, customer audits and customer satisfaction surveys of new production line.

 Work closely with cross function team to protect customer.  Responsible for daily GMP compliance audit of the company.

 Responsible for the laboratory in the daily maintenance of measuring instruments and regular internal or external calibration.

 Assist engineers and department managers to carry out daily audit of ISO9001 and iso15378 quality management systems.

 Assist in continuous quality improvement and iDMAIC activities.  Complete relevant skill assessment according to the company's plan Reporting

Education & Experience

 Bachelor degree or above, in Material, Analytical chemistry, Metrology, or other engineering fields.

 At least 5 years working experience in quality control or Lab management Required Skills

 Master GMP related knowledge and be familiar with various verification and qualification requirements (such as process procedures, batch records, process verification, etc.)

 Good English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening).

 Good communication (verbal and written) and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

 Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

 Understanding for general safety for heat / electric / toxic, etc.

 Capability to assess and prioritize workload.

 Logical thinking to deal with complex problems in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment

 Familiar with problem solving and statistic data analysis methodology; data driven and data speaking sense.

 Experience of ISO9001/14000/18000, internal auditor is a plus Desired Skills

 Ability to evaluate and analyze data to enable operational decision-making or present clear recommendations to leadership.
