-日常职责负责带领团队确保工厂110kv系统、水处理系统、暖通空调系统、CDA系统、洁净室系统等的日常运行。管理承包商以达到安全，生产力和质量。执行AMC节约项目，降低成本。负责设施系统和排放符合所有安全和环境法规，特别是废水/气体/粉尘排放。发起和执行ie-SPC, SOS和PdM项目，减少设备非正常停机时间。领导团队计划和执行定期的PM/PdM维护项目，并对巡检/ PM/PdM系统进行持续改进。确保DTAP系统的可靠性，建立异常突发事件应急响应团队，并对所有内部和外部审计进行持续改进。与领导和利益相关者沟通项目实施。领导团队进行故障排除和改进，最大限度地确保可靠和稳定的供应。通过每日历史数据分析和现场监控预测系统问题。  Able to Provide and support team for higher level troubleshooting, to ensure timely solutions of system or equipment failure issues. Provide professional engineering and manufacturing skills and knowledge (understands theories and fundamentals), and capable of root cause analysis, and put permanent solutions in place.  Team talent development (Skill up, Muti-skill, training...etc.) and continue to improve positive working environment and team productivity" - Project involved with  Support BJ plant equipment maintenance activity and production daily operation.  Utility system reliability and safety improve project  Plant wide DTAP project  AMC saving program - Reporting Structure - Direct reports - Regular shift - Education and Experience Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering related Experience: +3yrs in facility equipment installation/maintenance/design +2yrs in facility operation management - Required Skills  Understand equipment mechanical and water treatment system design, operation and maintenance knowledge.  Familiar with WW/GPW/ DIW system, CDA and HVAC system.  Familiar with the safety rules and regulations  Good communication and organizational skills.  Good English skill, good oral language is plus.  PCPD process control
