Corning’s Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (“LCDs”) that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• First response & coordination to process trouble shooting or emergency, coordinate resource.
• Works on process problems definition and scope. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations. And developing, implementing, and maintaining methods, operation sequence and processes.
• Reduce batch variability and improve melting performance through mixing process improvement initiatives and projects.
• Develop fundamental understanding and lead process troubleshooting of Batch.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree and above, major in Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering;Automation engineering related is preferred.
• 2yrs experience in manufacturing related at least, 3~5years is preferred

Required Skills

• Fluent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Statistic knowledge or DMAIC skill
• Knowledge of ISO management system
• Habit of PCPD, 5S, Change management
• 熟悉PLC programmi AB罗克韦尔ng is Plus.
• VBA or SQL skill is plus
