Deliver results of project to CM manufacturing engineering/operations with rigorous hand-off criteria. • Design, plan, and execute experiments to improve process performance and build fundamental understanding of key process variables. • Participate in technical road mapping meetings for future technology initiatives. Offers data and historical perspective of current process capability. • Responsible for the engineering budget for the team
