Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Handle technical issues, work close with US group, and build up working relationship at all levels
• Deliver solutions to resolve technical issues and escalate to appropriate level if necessary
• Negotiate and close technical specifications with customers
• 米anage finishing business and process
• Provide technical training to clients, distributors and finishers
• Develops knowledge of material, process and/or equipment in focused areas of manufacturing or engineering, especially in lithography and high power laser industry.
• Problem solving and process improvement using structured problem solving methods
• Provides disciplined project leadership across multiple stages of innovation for new product, process, cost reduction and capacity improvement initiatives.
• 米anage project resources to achieve project deliverables and timeline

Education & Experience

• Bachelor degree with Engineering, physics, chemistry
• 5 years working experience in glass finishing industry, knowledge for fused silica and its applications, experience in semiconductor industry is preferred
• 3 years global company
• CET-6
