- 该职位的目的•确保客户组有权执行划分策略所需的合适数量和类型的人才,并实现所需的业务结果;•确保客户团体实现所需的员工生产力和绩效卓越程度,要求执行划分策略,实现期望的业务成果•支持人力资源主任,以确保客户集团建立和维持积极的工作环境,并以“一个康宁运营” in support of Corning’s Values • Assists HR Director in achieving or beating budgetary objectives in support of top quartile performance objectives while maintaining appropriate level of HR service delivery • Scales the type and level of HR service provided to client groups in anticipation of the specific needs of the division’s business portfolio and in conjunction with the business strategy • Ensures the successful implementation of global HR business processes within the client groups. - Day to Day Responsibilities Talent management • Identifies and prioritizes current and future talent requirements of the client groups which could affect achievement of client group operational objectives; • Partners with HR Director and client business teams to identify and implement a compelling employee value proposition that enables them to attract and retain the number and type of talent required to close talent gaps • Partners with HR Director to take actions required to address talent gaps, ensuring the division has the right people in the right place at the right time • Partners with client group to identify and implement targeted client group and individual development plans that address targeted talent gaps in a timely manner • Effectively deploys performance management and rewards processes/practices within client groups to drive required levels of employee accountability for desired performance results and ensure retention of top performers • Supports HR Director in identifying the client group’s human capital priorities over the next one to two years and the type and level of support required from HR to effectively address these priorities HR Operations • Effectively deploys HR shared service delivery model in support of HR transformational goals and required levels of client support • Collaborates closely with the Regional/local HRM and HR Director to ensure standardization across regions and divisions and ensure that the type and level of services fully support achievement of division business objectives • Collaborates closely with the Regional/local HRM to ensure legal compliance on HR practices in that country for the client groups • Holds client managers and leaders accountable in development and implementation of required programs and processes to establish and maintain a positive work environment Other Responsibilities: • Watches closely on the local talent market and human resources trend and provide necessary updates and suggestions to business, Division accordingly. • Resolves employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner that recognizes employee needs and protects the needs of the organization to operate in an effective and efficient manner • Oversees employee communications in the organization to keep them informed and engaged of the division, regional and corporate endeavors.
